Welcome to CandycornDB. By using our website and API services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are written to protect both developers and our infrastructure.

API Access and Usage

• Accounts begin on the Free tier (100 requests/day) and may be upgraded via Stripe checkout.
• Abuse (scripted scraping, high-frequency polling, or circumvention) will result in immediate suspension.
• API keys are unique and must not be shared across organizations or clients.

Data and Score Usage

• IP scores are heuristically derived and intended to aid decision-making — they are not guarantees.
• You may use scores internally to protect applications, users, and systems, but redistribution or resale is prohibited.
• All derived data remains the intellectual property of CandycornDB.

Security and Availability

• We maintain high availability and edge-level security, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Scheduled maintenance and rate limiting may affect availability during peak hours or abuse events.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, particularly for abuse, misuse, or breach of these terms.

Changes to the Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued usage after changes constitutes acceptance.

Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of our choosing.
